I have a 16gb sandisk sd card (class 4 )which i bought through amazon an year ago . Now it has stopped working .always on inserting in different mobile phones or pc sd caed adapters it shows "Damaged Sd card " i tried formatting several times but nothing happened.i have an amazon bill for the 5 year warranty.Please help me how to get the “RMA” number
If someone knows how to get a “replacement” for a sd card please help me ,many others may be facing issues like this.Your help will be appreciated .

yes done few days back . Sucessfully replaced . It should be easy and instant work if you already got your RMA number by calling to snadisk customer care . I visited the service center because Inwae unable to connect to sandisk cutomer care thoigh their 1800 number. The automated IVR was stuck at language selection option . So i visited the service center and came to know that sandisk support center has technical issue from few days so it is not easy to connect customer support agnet . Anyway they helped and guide me how to speak to their cc . Process is simple . No invoice needed for the old card .

Date /month/year of purchase
Card color
Card type
Card size
Card serial number
Your Name
Your address/pincode
Card used in Which device
They ask you to visit servixe center after 1 hour of RMA generation but in my case RMA number was used in 10-15 minutes .

Two type of service for replacement
1. Direct visit to service center if you are near, max time – 30 mins.
2. Courier to mumbai, they will send back replacement within 10 days.
My sd card is damaged now and I want to replace this sd card but retailer is saying that it’s. Not waranted. But on the packaging board of 5 year warranty
