How to write reviews if you are going to get banned for it?

As we know, write bad review on flipkart and you are pretty much gone. The most you can do is give them 0 stars and not leave a review because it wont get published and your account will get flagged. Amazon also wont publish bad reviews.. I posted 2 stars for email gift cards saying, Once ordered it wont allow you to cancel or fix errors like wrong and non existent email address.. So you threw away that money for the card.. Since it wont allow you to block or change or even use that card yourself or cancel the order.. The only bad reviews they will allow is the normal 3 star with you dont like it. Not much details.. So I posted another 2 star review about sending me a opened food item.. They rejected it saying its not about product.. Amazon.US is not like this. If its relevant to the product and how it was delivered they will publish it. Remember the guy who injected hormones into children's food at the warehouse and over 30 died? But I get flippant answers here about how they know better.. Say that to the parents of those 30 children.. For this to have happened something very heavy fell on it. But you would think the box would show damage. I will ofcourse make ti worse because I hate people not taking responsibility. I dont know what happened and I have to consider the worst as a factor... This would be another throwing in the garbage event.. I sure would not buy this from the super market or any shop and I dont know anyone else who would. Sorry to say but I know very few with canine like behavior or even desperate enough to develop one. Its not like buying a slightly used car or TV set.. !https://i.imgur.com/Ge56LRj.jpg!!https://i.imgu...!

I bought books that showed wrong mrp + extra 100 rs delivery charge for each book from Amazon’s 3rd party seller – ADITYA BOOKS PVT. LTD.
They showed over 1000 as mrp and showing 70% off @ 350 but when I got the book, they were Indian editions and the price was 225.
I posted pics about it on both amazon as reviews as well as emailed them. To take action against that seller + refund tge difference.
They said it was ME that violated rules and that I was given a warning.
My review was asked to be modified i.e sweet talk about the seller or else they won’t publish.
They deleted my review 😑
This was last year.

P.S. @alienteck have you tried complaining to this email – [email protected] Today they took care of my dth delivery problem… albeit in a very weird way… 😅

I am going to take them to consumer court just to cause trouble.. Involved in so many cases right now its a joke.. I figure it will cost amazon a few lakhs to settle it (their in house lawyers and fees to file counter affidivates etc. I just want to cause trouble.. I have not started yet.. But I need to learn twitter and the like.. If nothing else ban amazon from shipping food to the city.. Everyone at the health dept was a student and wont take much to classify all food items shipped by amazon as a health hazard.. They have special rules for the city apart from the state and such. let them try to get that lifted from a government bureaucracy..

This is when they claim :- “Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Company”.

Where are those words gone?

Overall I haven’t had a much of issue with Amazon and I am shopping with them from past 4-5 years. They were always helpful and solved my queries.

But deleting/not publishing bad reviews is just too low/cheap tactics. A good company is who face criticisms not just let away from it.

Flipkart :- They always do cheap tactics so don’t have any word to describe them.

+Ha for transparency. @alienteck

I never purchased anything from flipkart or amazon, was thinking to try them, but this post makes me to take caution.

For what it is worth I dont like flipkart but their products on average ends up being much better than amazon which I use often. Have so much trouble with amazon it is pathetic but CC usually takes care of it but it is the point where I stop being a good customer..

You can only handle so much crap without being able to yell at someone.. They also dont publish half my reviews.. Although I am generally positive.. But the last one where I entered a wrong email address and adding that in the review that there is no way to fix it and they saying they cant post that?? WTF is that? And then not dealing with a food item thats compromised? or the review on that????

Two or three reviews of mine on Flipkart are still pending. I said against the seller on the reviews and those cowards didn’t pass it through for public’s view. Total morons those in Flipkart. Amazon, at least so far, has accepted all my negative reviews and posted them publicly. This is a rather serious thing, but consumers as usual don’t care for reviews and stuffs like this. They just purchase and upon receiving a working product forgets. But those who receive faulty/damaged products suffer a lot. This topic should be made sticky or something. Extremely bad practice by Flipkart.

Its like trouble comes looking around for you laughing
I have the opposite problem. Flipkart has always published all reviews of mine, even the bad ones. But Amazon blocks half my reviews, especially for sellers like Cloudtail, Appario, etc if you give less than 3 stars for them.
And there’s also the fact that Amazon sells substandard products half the time. Maybe that has got something to do with it.

Somewhat off-topic : Bro you can resend email gift cards on amazon to any email id you want , no issue of non existent emails smile

How?? There is no option to change anything in order status.. In fact there is nothing to even check anything. Order details just show the amount paid and email address it was sent to..

I am also pissed at these companies
they make fool of us often

I know many are fooling the companies too by carding or fake refunding etc.
but they have to deal with them, how? that’s their problem, not by looting the genuine customers

They can just fix everything very simply buy verifying id’s and only providing incentives to those accounts.. This is what all companies do in every country.. Although in the US you can do all this without providing id, many times they do ask you for it. Especially for higher priced items.

*But we are forgetting WHY they do this.. The companies are doing this so they can fool investors.. Stock markets are at their highest.. If they dont show growth and new customers, their stock prices drop and they cant sell for sky high profits and free money. * So in a sense it dont really matter to them if you make 200000 accounts and order from it.. They show that as a growth of 20000 new customers.. Then stick the investors with over priced stock.

The other factor is, in India they have people who have no idea what they are doing, its like santas elves being turned lose. They now consider themselves elites because they work for an MNC and make so much money. They have to show they are working.. Why else have 200000 coupons all over the place that you have to collect like its some game????

I will admit, even I was playing some of it, last night I was sending money to others and collecting the rs20.. Not because of the money but more because I wanted to test such things and it is like a game. After the problems of last year in sending money and such, it was a relief to do it and not get stuck.. So at least this part I can understand. They can test their system and we can test ours and get practice.. But I also spent a few hours looking for useless coupons and never found it but got like 100 emails with collected worthless coupons. Like I said above.. The people now working for MNC’s dont have a clue and they want to make this like into a game. But its not a game, its a commercial site. But without any experience in running such a site they just run wild and make up their own stuff. Not thinking that real people who work and make money, dont have all this time to run around the site..

You see real commercial sites twice as large as amazon, ali baba running games like this? Like its Disney land.. They did it smart and split the gaming part from the commercial area. I am not even sure where to go to in amazon.in…. Its so complicated and glitzy like las vegas now. Its gambling.. throw your money and hope you hit a product you want and its worth it.
