i purchased hp gas cylinder (full) 3 months back from sum known!!! now query is how to get filled hp gas cylinder in exchange with this (in future after this gets empty) ? I don’t have any subscription no or anything related to this hp gas cylinder!!! whom to contact i am from delhi karol bag

It seems that you got the cylinder in black. You can now either request somebody who has HP gas connection to get a refiil or can ask directly to the person who does the delivery of cylinder if he got any spare. I would recommed applying for new connection though!

Check HP Gas agency nearby on google and visit the office.
U will find delivery guys, they will give you refilled gas cylinder at non subsidised price.

Why didn’t u think the same at the time u were buying this cylinder 3 months ago?
Nowadays all gas distributor are coming to their distribution areas with loaded full gas tank , you can get full tank by giving empty tank.Just ask your neighbor or visit nearby marketplace to know where they are located in your area.
