Friends,
I was planning to buy a car charger (Of course, online only! https://cdn3.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_wink.gif ). But when I search. I m seeing all models from very cheap to very expensive" and in the reviews about the same, I am seeing both positive and negative reviews.

So, I am very confused in choosing a single product. https://cdn0.desidime.com/attachments/photos/312057/medium/2739615-t1812.gif?1480987634

Your suggestions are most welcome. Please add the product link if you have one. Thanks in advance. (My budget is less than 300 Rs)

@sing Never buy a single plug car charger. Buy one with a USB port (for universal compatibility) or a full DC to AC inverter with AC power sockets so you can directly connect chargers for any phone, laptop, or other devices with low power consumption.

I use something like this so I can charge my phone as well as my laptop on road trips: http://www.flipkart.com/lapcare-car-power-inver...

Well, I actually have a Black & Decker inverter which I purchased in the US many years ago for around $40. It is still working without any issues and I must have used it for thousands of hours by now. The only disadvantage is that it has an inbuilt fan to avoid overheating from prolonged (2-3 hours) or high load usage. When the fan runs on high, it’s sometimes annoying when you are driving through a quiet highway with your windows closed.

Yup u asked the wrong question. You didn’t tell the model number of to us mobile.

If its iPhone or Samsung galaxy series or redmi note your charger will be 2A.the Belkin and the shopclues listing are for 500mA and some even lower.

You have to buy a 2A car charger.

Secondly depends on your car. If its Maruti 800 or Omni you cannot use the inventor mentioned above. The car circuit cannot take load and will get damaged.
