Icici Bank Going Crazy

I am using credit cards from 4 years and almost every bank credit card which is working in Punjab but Icici bank always rejected my credit card application. For that particular reason I opened a savings account with them to get the credit card on pre-approved offer. But last month I took the risk again and applied from branch and a franchise in Chandigarh. Now the funniest part is this both the application gets approved and has separate limit. I am thinking what Icici Bank doing means if they are not willing to give credit card then we can.t do nothing but if they want they 2-3-4 credit cards.
