i have a platinum card and the rate is 6 points per 200, though the redemption charges suck, now we have a wider choice with insta gift vouchers.
the points for this months are not yet credited.

6 PB pts per 200 i.e. 0.75% CB rate for a DEBIT card looks quite good 
So what are the annual charges for this debit card, if any?

Which ICICI debit card variant you are using-and what is payback points CB rate?
I am using both ICICI Credit And Debit cards… Not really tracking Payback Pts.
Last I check abt Payback Pts was on Payback’s own site…mainly to understand breakup etc of points earned.
And redeeming how-I used Mobikwik wallet last time I redeemed
