IDFC First not giving reply on e-mail?

I sent couple of my account related query to IDFC First on “[email protected]” but around after 14 days no reply from them.
Any body facing such service issue with IDFC First?

most of the banks are giving no reply or giving automated replies to emails on the pretext of COVID. Same experience with ICICI, HDFC, DBS
