I guess you are earning from affiliate marketing programs.
So if you watch carefully your earnings for example is 1000, only 950 is received and rest 5% is deducted as tds. So this tds is deposited with income tax and attached certificate is just a copy for your records that tds has been deposited and you can claim the same basis of the certificate.

TDS has been deducted u/s 194H which is for Commission/brokerage. If you have affiliate account, commission seems logical. But without that, does not seem logical. Did you participate in any referral program?

i too have received similar email on same date and it was from amazon only.
No phishing email / nothing to worry.
ps. for my case it was for affiliate earning tht i earn & on tht they deduct tds before payment.
