Your Opinion?

According to me
1. Kohli since Ind – Australia ODI series 2019, acting Anti Kohli, no aggression.
2. Overrated Shardul, picking him over Shami
3. Rishabh Pant’s curse.
4. Under estimating Black caps after 5-0 T20.
5. Neglecting Kul – Cha
6. Absence of Hitman

Openers and poor bowling.
Moreover bumrah didn’t even took one wicket from 3 matches

Correct, Indian team management is experimenting since 2011 WC, in 2019 WC we were yet to decide number 4…only positive this series is the number 4 KL Rahul, I hope Kohli don’t juggle him

For me it’s overconfidence & too much team experiment. Also not giving enough importance to ODI.

1. Shardul is in the team just because he can bat and contribute 10-20 runs but he conceded runs while bowling and spoil the pressure created by Bowlers all times …So better India can go with proper bowler.
2. Openers did not give good start in all 3 matches so they have to learn more before giving chance in Senior Indian Team (Btw it`s forced changed due to Injury of Shikhar and Rohit)
3. Why Bumrah and Saini did not bowl yorkers? Main reason is that Indian team did not produce wicket in first 10 overs.
4. After winning T20 series (5-0) they considered NZ lighty.

1.true, 2.inexperience, 3.yes true bro, bumrah already started considering himself to be THE GREAT, hence proved, his performance out side asia is poor, 4.most imp point, underestimation

Because most of the players are belonged to T20s like Prithvi Shaw, Shardul, Saini and M. Agarwal these players are also have less experience compared to others. I don’t know why they didn’t let Shami to bowl and Dhawan to Bat.

Dhawan is out coz of injury

Bowling dept is not capable

I agree, what in the world someone like Shardul replaces a strike bowler like Shami ! Unexpected from kohli

@flawlessking
Shami was rested for the last 2 ODIs to stay fresh for Test series. He has been playing well non-stop in every format.

Critic Critic

Yes agree, but bro we were 2-NIL, Indian team being no.2 in the world should have taken up the challenge by engaging strongest players, our prestige was at stake, 2-1 was way better than 3-0. And at this competitive level there shouldn’t be any excuse. Planning for next is great but not at the cost of pride. If you know how Australians dominated with their beast 11 in early 2000 to 2010

I think its kohli, not his batting but captaincy.
Never seen him so vague saying odi’s are irrelevant. Can’t stick with same 11. Making rahul keep wickets. There is no self belief in guys making comeback, he replaces them every match.
And the best part is Rishabh Pant. How can they neglect him like that (not a huge fan of RP tho) and what would this do his confidence?

Can’t agree more. How can someone say “ODIs are irrelevant”! Why they are playing the ODI and Test matches until the T20 world cup when these are not relevant!

It is BCCI : over using of Players, tired of playing cricket, no Rest.
+ Bumrah – looks mediocre, no more yorkers.
+ Openers failure,
+ Mayank Agrawal (not sure on what basis they have taken him for ODI)
+ Ignoring Rishbh Pant
+ Overconfident – even though, they have not played T20 well, apart from 2 matches. Rest all matches given-up by non sense NZ.

Critic Critic

Yes correct, 5-0 wasn’t convincing though, NZ wasn’t able to finish things, mere luck for India.

No Bro, Dhoni’s absence can’t be compensated. But we have to find a replacement sooner or later, Dhoni won’t be playing life long.

It happens every time, when so ever any player makes his debut senior players donot play their natural game and this gives pressure to the debutant.

Also everyone knows that Black caps are best in ODi format, they always have better chances to win the games as compared to T20 and Test matches, so taken for granted cost Team India. This Indian Team was more capable to win without Dhawan,Rohit and even Bumrah but seniors didn’t played their roles well or i can say it is a strategy to put pressure on new comer and blaming him for loss so that they cannot perform well and take other rested players place in the team. Bad politics to retain senior players.

1. NZ played better than India
2. Too much overconfidence and arrogance in Indian players
3. Indian team lead coach must have been too drunk

Critic Critic

Yes @parmar.nikhil9 that might be possible. Prithivi and Mayank have less to none opening innings opportunity for India in india and became scapegoat to the best in business blackcaps that to on foreign soil, might be the dirty politics to rule out any possibilities of them making again to team india, thus favouring Kohli’s flatterer.
