Should I opt for roaming plans or purchase foreign SIM?
Country – UAE
Expected usage – 100-200 mins calling ( Can call is any direction. )
Most optimal will be WhatsApp but can’t call in WhatsApp for all matters (Even dont know if WhatsApp works)

thru vpn …u can call thru wifi on whatsapp….free wifi in malls ,airport and hotels

Roaming plans aren’t good for usage, buy a sim there to use data or voice.

Mobile service in UAE very costly last year was in Dubai and bought SIM card with 500 mb data and 20 minutes local call and 7 days validity mostly for use during day time outing it costed me 300-400 around and data price in Dubai is around 1000 per gb

2rs or 10rs to most countries. Which is charge for per mb data or per sms or per minute calling incoming or outgoing to india n country visited.
Best in my opinion if your country is present .
