My niece will be travelling to America, has Idea sim. Can any one suggest usage plan(mostly net and not voice call) for a week time.

Take local sim from there, works cheaper
Any way all places have WiFi there, can do WhatsApp call
Just activate international roaming which has minimal charge of 200 i guess to receive sms
