Is it safe to buy from pepperfry

Once you place the order, you’ve to just forget it. They will finish all their personal chores and come to your order. And if they feel like shipping it, they will do it. Otherwise, will give you a bag full of pepper balls which you can use for your next game episodes with them.

You know why I say this… I placed an order on 25th Dec 2012 and the expected shipping date is 07th Jan 2013. Even then I’m not sure (neither are they) if it will be shipped by that day. Their working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, their own Private Holidays and any other day of the week/month/year…

I received my last order last week.. no problem. Got a 45% off coupon yesterday, going to buy. People are buying from pepperfry, ya they are a little slow to ship, but I have received all my orders…

So, I will shop with then till they are giving coupons, or till I receive a bad service…

Just my personal opinion..

I purchased bajaj Steam iron by 50% off at 459(59shiping charge) they shipped within 4 days magar kamino ne 59shipping charge lekar DTDC se bheja hai pichle saal bheja tha iss saal tak in transit dikha raha hai (8days r over)

returning is a trouble we need to return through courier though they give back the courier charges

I wont order from pepperfry because i dont have the patience to deal with them, they are not customer friendly , if you like their discounts & willing to take the risk, go ahead. They cant keep giving discounts to retain customers when at the same time they also keep degrading customer service , i strongly feel they sell rejected / factory second goods to many customers.

search forum for pepperfry and you will get answer..

a no no from me… inflated price and then a coupon given.. poor return policy… parrots at call center…

Bought 2 trimmers long back… Recently, bought a T, Shoe n got em delivered. Ordered a Princeware set few days back n it was shipped yesterday. I dint face any problem till now. With the reviews from fellow dimers, I think I was lucky:)

Today i got the product the box of iron was crushed water filling cup was broken but the iron was safe with an scratch and working they just sent without any packing
