Item held by customs

Guys,
I had ordered a mobile phone from gearbest and for past 20 days the status was as below…
1/22/2018 4:31:37 PM India MUMBAI AIR Transfer from office of exchange (Inb) Air BANGALORE SUB FGN POST (RS989276255NL)
Today I called post office and I was told that the item is held by customs department. Gear-best has provided an invoice of 20$.
Actual mobile cost was USD$220 but I used some points and got it for $120… however invoice at gearbest site shows $20 only…. in this case should I contact Customs and get my item or should I wait for another week for the item to get cleared by them.. ? (any possibility)…
Tracking site still doesn’t say anything like “Held by customs or so” Kindly advise…

Is EMI number mentioned on invoice,you will receive it but with penalty+ custom tax on original price,can be more than actual cost of mobile or maybe less,no one can tell. If it not having emi number mentioned it will be returned back.

as of now I’ll wait and watch if they contact me… 
I ordered a toy on ebay from Greece it has reached in Mumbai customs. Since it has stuck in customs since 2 days no status update iam worried please help me.
