Jio Balance Vanished

So, my dad had 1500+rs in his Jio number. Today his plan expired and when I wanted to recharge from balance, there is only 198rs in his account. Anyone know why? Checked statement and didn’t find any deductions either.

after plan expired you have broswed internet ? if yes may be deducted for that.
Internet browsing has no charge on Jio. They just reduce the speed after plan expires.
next time dont keep balance. recharge when required.

there are some numbers which charge huge money so that they get paid from operator.

Check Call Details Numberwise In Myjio App. Check Where Was The Number Dialed And Then Raise Concern With CC.
Don’t Keep Main Balance , Instead Buy Vouchers , also don’t lift calls if you find with short code or no number , so after lifting your account balance will get vanished !

Recently i too made some calls initially i thought it will not get through but later on after 5 mins or so my call got disconnected and when i checked my account my balance was 0 
That’s the thing , network operators want , without using anything , paying for them .

Yes. 10, 20, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 top ups allowed.
And then thereafter, activate 399 plan by using main balance.
We can’t do anything bro because its your mistake. Few days back l am also do one internation and talk 1 minute they deducted 50 rupees from my account. I call and talk to customer care executive also they said that you do international call thats y money deducted
I just need to know why you had balance in your JIO Number , I want to know what’s the benefit of keeping balance , is their is a way to recharge from balance? If so please tell me how to do it.
