Jio porting query - Prime

One of my relative has ported his jio sim to airtel one year back. Before porting he is a prime customer in jio.
Now he is again planning to port back Jio from airtel.
Our doubt is whether we need to again pay 99 for prime? ( Already the same no was prime)

When you ported out before, the prime membership then had ended. Now even if you re-port, you will be a new customer to them. Hence prime membership has to be taken again.
