…I ordered products worth 600 rs and paid by upi..
….Today i got the message that the order has been delivered…but it wasn’t…
..I tried to contact the delivery guy….he is not picking the phone…
…called jiomart custamer care number 02261220220….the response is number is busy…
….Email them at [email protected]…I got email bounce failure…

…now it got delivered with 7 items missing…and prices are all changed….catch masala when I ordered was 19 rs…now in the bill its 53 rs…

I would just go to their store n get what I want.
If they have any in my vicinity which I actually don’t know.
…Hahahah…i know its early stages and there can be some problems but didnt expect this kinda service from reliance….
…Now i will order again on cod…when the guy will come to deliver then i will ask him for contact details….i think thats the only way to get access to this farzimart details….

Mail at [email protected] bounced. I think they are in the initial stage and it will take few months to be normal.Till then place order on cod only

see new way for muku uncle to make up for his refinery business .. also lately seeing on media that every foreign investment agency is going apeshit to get a piece of jio ultimately resulting RIL share price going haywire. Truth is now every other telecom operators pricing are competitive .. there’s hardly any advantage of jio left unlike when it was launched.
A part of me always telling me this lookdown is being play hard to give muku uncle jio mart business it’s needed advantage ( conspiracy theory ).= but instead of a fair business uncle is more busy in filling up his kitty

I have still not received the order which was placed on 25/5/2020 and no response on email or phone. Is there any way to complain in Consumer Court. Next time will not place any order with them.
Also it is not recommended to place an order to such sites where you are not getting replied back through any of the channels.
It is like site is setup to extract the money from unsuspecting customers.
