Komparify - recharge points usable to pay EB bills ?

I want to know whether eb bills can be paid withrecharge points.
Mine is TNEB. Bill is 3300 and 2500.
(TNEB is not there in niki nor in tapzo. Other sites gives hardly 100)
Thought of using Amazon Pay (10% on adding money 330+250). But Amazon Pay is not available in payment gateway 
If i do a worng recharge, like vodaphone instead for airtel, it will fail and added as rechargepoints. Now with recharge points can i place eb bills ??!!!

Add Ola money via payzaap and get 10% max 100. Use many accounts.
Then in zingoy, use Ola money for buying FreeCharge fundcode. With charge of 2%.
Then load those fundcode in frecharge wallet.
Link frecharge with phonepe in phonepe.
Use phonepe to pay EB bills with frecharge wallet and get 50 off for first time, along with 8% on adding.
komfi is risk. u can save some money but none can guarantee for payment to go through. CC is also worst hardly any reply and no contact number to reach..
it wont fetch your bill wile proceeding., better use reliable source. even i am struck with only 50-100 max cashback…
help me if u find better way..
