Kotak 811 Kyc update
Hello guys
If you are a kotak 811 customer
and you have mini kyc account now you can complete your full kyc without visiting branch, kotak bank have given a new full kyc option video Kyc it’s a similar like (Google pay merchant video Kyc) as per update other bank can also provide these option soon

I expect same with dbs bank , already full kyc pending due to lockdown

Opened account 7 or 8 days ago. At that time this option was not available and due to covid 19 my full kyc is still pending .
Checked the app there is no option for video kyc . Maybe it’s only for upcoming new accounts.

Where’s the option?
