Kotak 811 Virtual Debit Card not being processed???

Hello, I have opened Kotak 811 account, and the agent came to collect docs on 10th, around at 2pm. i got a confirmation msg, otp, emails, savings acc confirmation after 3 hours at around 5pm. now the problem is i have put 1000 rs in that account, and it's a full KYC account. Now I am using iOS app and whenever i try to open kotak app and i click on 811 i get this : 4319672KlKi4sm

Can someone help? what to do? it's been more than 2 working days and still i am not able to get virtual debit card.

Transfer it via upi to another account , if u don’t have another account u can transfer it to my account

Seriously, what a crap app they have built. There is no way to view the card again.
They didn’t followed basic android material design concept as well.
All the options are scattered everywhere and you don’t know where to find which option.
Deleting it immediately and asking them to delete my profile.
