Kotak Called Me today to complete KYC Verification of Kotak 811 Account – will it be zero balance account.

Any one tried?? Should i visit them. they are saying u should get it verified.

Is there any way to get rid of physical card so that i can stay charge free?

In my case they even did not allow me a week , within a week they ask me physical verification, branch guy came, in the name of physical verification. they give me 3 saving bank accounts type called edge or ace .

will downgrade my account this month.

opned saving account because wanted to get a CC from them . though SA is not required for CC , but it is positive thing in CC application.

They recently introduced solo account with no AMC/AMB requirement. Also heard we can change our account type ourselves using their app.

I Joined in 811 that is balance account after sometime i dont know how they update my account in to normal saving account which Was not 0 Balance account after that i visited nearest branch they told me that we are not aware how it happens and they converted my account into solo account Can you tell me what is solo account or Is it 0 Balance or not
I apply a debit card but not received update yet
