Wanted to buy some LED Bulbs. But got to know that brightness of LED doesn’t depend on Watts. Can someone suggest some good quality LED Bulbs which they have used?
Looking for bulbs which are comparable to tubelight and give good brightness. Thanks

In discussion, you refer to lumens. How many lumens will be enough to read a book without any strain? The outlet is about 2 meters vertically. 
I actually have a normal bulb outlet (in which you screw the bulb inside)- I would like to insert an LED bulb in it, don’t want a tubelight, bought one recently.

There was loot today on Flipkart on led bulbs
Do not buy LED bulb from Syska. I found them to be the worst. I have installed one bulb of ACS and two bulbs of Syska in my home. I bought the ACS one from Pepperfry and Syska from Flipkart. The ACS one has been working very good for almost 2 years now. The brightness has not changed or faded at all. The Syska one lasted for only 2 months and then I spent 2 months emailing/talking/tweeting/facebook with Syska to get it replaced. They have pathetic customer care. I did not find the Syska bulb to be as bright as ACS one even though both are of 7W.
