Here is the trick
Send message ACT TRYWIFI to 199 and get 50mb confirmation message. but when you check your data you will get 50GB.

I just downloaded speed test.net to check speed and after that I tried to check data balance it showed 13.73 GB….!

I think u can use it like normal data connection when u switch on the data connection mbs are deducting from your wifi balance so use it like normal 3G data connection
its 50mb only
I think this is area specific and applicable for public wif hotspot

The Indian Unit of Vodafone Group has just announced the launch of free Wi-Fi services in the Khan Market Area of New Delhi. The announcement was made on Friday by the UK based telecom operator.
In a statement it made, Vodafone also specified that the service can be availed by all subscribers, irrespective of whether they are Vodafone consumers.
All that visitors to Khan Market have to do is send a text message ‘ACT TRY WIFI’ to the number ‘111’. This will enable the user to avail 50 MB of free data every day, for a total of 30 days.
For non-Vodafone subscribers, the procedure is slightly different . Such users can collect vouchers for 20 minutes from Vodafone outlets, and then access the free Wi-Fi. Post this, they can obtain another free voucher and continue browsing or downloading.
This move is seen as being aimed at the growing data consuming youth of the nation
