Low earpeice audio on Redmi Note 3

Hey Dimers!! Did anyone of you who is using Redmi Note 3 experience very low audio on earpiece.
16 GB version purchased from Amazon on 28 April is having the issue. Whereas, 32 GB purchase around 3 weeks back is working flawlessly. Any suggestions?
