I could see moto e very cheap in US ..

I had all three moto E2 versions Boost,sprint,verizon
Neither of them needs unlock to use it here that unlocking policy is only for domestic use (in US)
The information you are providing before is for postpaid devices not for prepaid
The only prepaid device that needs an unlock for even international usage afaik is the AT&T one

I tried to see whether it will work with GSM or not. could you please have a look for me.
