Myntra/Jabong escaping tax ?

1. There is no VAT charged by Jabong on any product even after applying discounts and coupon codes.But , Myntra charges VAT on the discounted products.
2. Also, the VAT charged on shoes is 14.5% of the MRP-Discount-Coupon Discount . Didn’t the MRP include the VAT?Shouldn’t they charge the extra VAT only on the discount amount?
3. Lastly , I saw some products in which the color of the product was different but there was a VAT difference of around Rs.600 , for the same product and size , just color difference .Even the MRP and the discount % is the same , but VAT charged is different.
