btw 2 months back i saw a post on DD on dominos pizza on which a dimer very well explained how we are paying so much money for a less costly dominos pizza and that too which harms us , his post was eye opening and got so many likes and many dimers appreciated that .
and tell me which dr or teacher advice you to consume junk food ?? even in gym these got banned then do you open a morcha there ? these are things of urgency . and i think you all know for health these are not good .

but now as just on unconfirmed news pizzas and burgers . all ppl got sensitive and opposing it bcoz they need a reason to do politics ? few guys like to do opposite of whatever this govt thinks to do whether its good or bad not the point , only point is to blame, hats off trolls .

however on dhabas i dont think there is any tax , and
*in restaurant mostly have VAT and in some those have both VAT + S.T (Service tax) and VAT is higher there .
but those who blaming central govt , plz get a microscope and see on dominos , subway etc you will see VAT 12.5% (in delhi) and S.T 6% . and VAT goes to State govt. so why only 1 target ?? is not that typical and usual type of blind following ? even if you don’t know who is charging more taxes on your food then you are criticizing / lashing out only 1 govt ..*
no one in this thread blamed state govt for such higher VAT but a specific identity only for just S.T . i think they got taught VAT is charge of honesty and S.T is symbol of corruption ?

btw if this news is even true then govt should not do this bcoz let them eat these things as much as they want bcoz we need less intellectuals on earth .

If you are really against bad food products/habits, then make natural food products affordable to the common man. Incentivize the cultivation of indigenous crops. On the one hand, you allow farmers to die in large numbers, promote chemical fertilizers which poison our earth/food and on the other hand you impose tax on luxury foods. We are not fools to believe in your double games.

and there are no double games

thought a Magus would know it, that when an airline or two removes free baggage or treats the passengers too as cargo and charges as per their weight
all they are trying to do is to fill their coffers.

press F3 and search how many times a party got abused a person and its followers got trolled/ personal attacks with words like bhakts if anyone say something then thappa laga do . after this tell me counts of those words , so many people used only 1 name to blame 1 party and 1 name for those who want to take stand – “bhakts” ,. ok it is expected from some immature people but even some mature people too .
and after all this those double sided people want to clarify oh no we are not pointing out a specific person , oh no oh god why do you think so . those are arm chair people who were got alarmed in last 3 years only . sorry but i cant find any other party/person name except 1 . even they wanted to digest those 10 years in which so many scams (with sc judgement) and now they are talking of corruption . and which corruption : birla/sahara wala ?? (sc too rejected that after lot of time allowed to petitioner he failed to give even valid documents to start hearings) .
and on point of development and taxes , indirect taxes are divided in between both govts and vat is normally higher than S.T in FMCG . even after this centre gives packages to every state govts for development , so how and why only 1 target . you got so much hatred even higher than extremists which do not let you to see all govts and parties only 1 person is visible to you and your leaders , morning to evening only 1 name no good discussion , only talks with troll words and personal attacks .

and after all why all these discussion – on a unconfirmed news ?? hope senseless people can think when people start to debate on unconfirmed news then how well engaged they are in those topics . and if centre imposes taxes or if they dont then in both scenario how fast food is justified for consumption ?? let suppose if people are not getting daily food then how fast food consumption will change their life ?? this is not food of common man so plz dont show off for common people , common people needs a proper diet which they not getting from an era and still hoping the day come when they will get it . only richer segment and middle segment will be affected on taxes on this category . and in this too they are hiding their propaganda behind poors and farmers . bcoz giving emotional touch to a point can make any debate 1 sided whether that relates to real problem or not that does not matter .

First of all, there is nothing new with this development.

Kerala already has a “fat tax” of 14.5% since last year.

Among the underdeveloped countries, Mexico implemented a tax on high-calorie snacks way back in 2014. As per a research study in 2016, it was successful in curbing the consumption among the poor people. No changes were recorded in the high-income group.

Personally, I don’t think any government has the moral right to implement a “fat tax” until they are also directly bearing the healthcare costs associated with obesity, i.e. until they provide free decent quality healthcare for all.

They are using the opportunity to make money through tax ways to compensate Demonetization losses..and I think there many more to come.
Dominos will get screwed more from this…as their recipe is based on Fat
