Immediately report it to Edenred because they activate the card to be registered only after 2 days of delivery. And then after you register they take 24 hours to update the details which is very much required to activate the card for usage. But why did amazon block your account? Did you report it to them and have you reported such things too many times?

You need to first get in touch with Quikcilver ( the seller) asking them about the issue ( with the amazon order number) and requesting them to cancel and reissue the card. I do not know if they will help without getting Amazon involved in it but no harm in trying
