Need $$$ Going Abroad!

Hey Folks,

I am going abroad next week for 15days.
Easiest way to convert money in any country is to take dollar there.
But now in market to get dollar is impossible,people demanding 100 INR for 1$.

So what is the easiest way??

Can i load money in my account and do cash withdrawal there? any idea about charges??

Any other way guys??
