I am not affiliated to anyone and neither do I care anything about the matter but just going through the forum saw a very interesting thing, and thought of offering my 2 cents.
OP was selling dominos vouchers and someone bought from him and paid him the amount for the voucher in full. Now, due to any reason since the voucher was never used, in my opinion it was the buyer’s full right to demand his payment back and OP should have readily refunded, it is not the buyer’s fault that he instead sent that amount to someone else (which as in my opinion is again a lie, OP just didn’t want to forfeit the profit he had earned on the transaction, no offense). Buddy, even Groupon/Nearbuy refunds payments for unused vouchers within some days of the order. Also OP shows double standards as in his latest post on the trading page he is buying dominos vouchers but wants to make payment after getting the voucher/order placing, whereas when he himself was selling them he wanted payment beforehand and is cringing to refund even when the voucher was not used/order not placed. Also he wants to buy dominos vouchers at Rs 200 now and just a day before, he was selling to me at Rs 255.
If Nearbuy refunds it, it will deactivate and refund.. Op does not have that luxury.
Buyer can use it after “so called return”. Op will not know if the new buyer is telling a lie or old.
Op can try to place order for someone and then return the Money. To me buyer looks like a fraud. If I was the seller, I would ask him to @#&* off.

firstly stop using bold letters. Why dont u tag the person who is going to file a paytm fraud case to get his part of the story. And how was he wrong in asking u the money back . He dint complete the transcation and he has the right to ask the money back but still u want to create a thread defaming him rather than u who is really the person at fault. And u dont have money but still u are replying with abusive words on Trading Section for Wechat codes

Guys, I am neither an expert in the implicit and explicit rules for trading nor an active buyer/seller. But these statements are flawed in my opinion.
Without even getting into the legality or morality of exchanging coupons/vouchers for wallet money, all such exchanges are “sold as-is” transactions in my opinion. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki...is. Unless the seller specifically mentions “returns allowed”, the only genuine case for a refund would be if the coupon/voucher does not work as advertised. And even that situation would have exemptions.
To elaborate my point, let me clarify that I once bought a lot of PayU discount coupons (150 off on 500). Unfortunately, before I could utilize even a tiny fraction of the coupons, PayU expired the coupons prematurely. But I didn’t think it was right to ask the seller for a refund and neither did some other experienced buyers on DD.
Coming back to this case, the buyer changed his mind after the purchase and you guys think it’s okay for him to ask for a refund simply because the voucher is still valid for quite some time (assuming that to be the case). In addition to my point about the trading on DD being an “as-is” transaction, think if you would say the same had the buyer asked for the refund a few hours or a day before the expiry of the voucher (think of the price reduction as well as the additional burden on the seller to find another buyer).
P.S. I am not aware of OP’s complete participation/history on DD so if I am missing something specific about him which is making you guys speak against him, please do point it out.
@DealSeeker Absolutely right.
But check my fair suggestion to OP here: http://www.desidime.com/forums/trading-classifi...
He turned it down and also has not tagged the other party as requested by @PaytmKaPoojari and me yet.
There is no honor among illegal traders / black marketeers .
