need help, flipkart not picking up mobile for replacement

I have ordered a lenovo vibe p1m from flipkart on 9th march, but mobile touch was dancing automatically so made a complaint and they arranged a reverse pick up on 2nd april.
The timeline was upto 9th april. The pickup had to be done by ecom express. But they didn’t pickedup in the time line.
on 9th april again they registered the reverse pickup which has to be done by 15th april. During these days i also contacted ecom via mail and for first few days they said that my area is not servicable and on 14th i got a call from ecom that it will be done by end of today.
But they didnt picked up. Again i made a compalint and this time they(flipkart) said plz provide us two more days. But as usual no reply no action. Again i made a call to flipkart cc and talked to seniors, the lady on phone said that in 48 hrs you will definitely get the solution. Tomorrow 3 pm 48 hrs going to be complete. And i am 100% sure that nothing going to happen.
So plz suggest me now what should i do. Any seniors email ids to conatct on. Already tried fb and i dont use twitter. So if possible plz provide senior email ids who can take action asap.

Create a new account on Twitter and tag all the senior managers as well as ceo of flipkart. Take a screenshot of reverse pickup details and messages and post it along with the details….

else i will file consumer Protection case against flipkart ( here mention u r nearest consumer forum address ) at u r cost
