Need help regarding amazon UPI transaction

I sent money twice using amazon UPI from my hdfc account to sbi account on 7th July but both transaction is pending till now and amount debited from my account but not credited to other account. I contacted amazon cc but they said to contact bank cc they have transferred but the issue is with your bank account. Plz help me regarding this and did anyone faced similar issue plz share your suggestion

What about cashback of first transaction I am a prime user but didn’t get money after my first transaction as it was in pending state

SBI bank always have problem.
you need to wait max 3 days, your money will be reverse back to your hdfc bank account.

Wait for 48 hrs, automatically it will get reversed or will be credited
