need help with expired validity of giftxoxo voucher

Hello friends,
I had purchased giftxoxo vouchers(worthRs1500) from their site in april 2015. But forgot to use them. They had validity of six months only and hence expired september-october 2015. Upon realizing this recently, i wrote to their customer care, but they refuse to extend validity or refund amount. Is there anything i can do to get my investment back?
