you can go with bsnl also
they are running many promotional schemes like no installation fees for people migrating to bsnl from another ISP
Even if you go with airtel
they provide discounted call rates like 49 p.m for local & 99pm for all calls and create your account at airtel app
I heard that they provide cashback there too

Airtel service is very good but unfortunately no cashback offers.
