Need urgent help about Warranty of the TV from Paytm

Dear Friends,
Planning to buy a Smart TV and have seen good discounts are going at Paytm. But worried about the Warranty. Although its mentioned as “Manufacturer Warranty” at the product description page, does it really valid?
Has anyone claimed this warranty for the TV bought from Paytm? or anyone faced issue to claim warranty?
Can you please help me?

Present the links of few TVs with seller name to get more response.
If seller is “Authorised” no issues at all. Bought Laptop not TV and it was/is good original..good packing..etc(Dell)

It depends on brand as well as seller.
Some brands do not provide warranty for online purchase and some provides only for purchase made from authorised seller.

I would prefer “SONY ELECTRONICS (HYDERABAD)” with good rating+79 orders+Rs56200 2nd best. See if seller ships to ur place?
Totally agree with @caks2006407 but I think seller sells only in Hyderabad.

However no mention of paytm but you can still find if same seller sells on paytm or not. I found only Mehta E-Stores listed under Snapdeal.

Before buying do check up the company’s website and see if u find anything regarding warranty.
Recently many big electronic players were frustrated as product were sold even below cost on festival online sales, which resulted in hampering offline sales . They have taken strict action by voiding the warranty of products sold online. In case anything happens, company won’t provide warranty even though seller says so for online products.
I don’t remember their names, but do check whether ur tv brand did the same.

I have enquired with Panasonic CC. They have give some list like Amazon’s Cloudtail,TechFone & Frlipkart’s WSRetail, OniTechRetail,etc… as authorized dealers.
I have told them I have already bought from Paytm (though I havent at that time). They still said installation will be avaiable but charges apply.
When I asked them for Free instllation, they said they will arrange callback from their managers after enquiring.
Any help pls?
