On 6th July i had used lime wallet card to load in udio of rs.3400/- but udio said failed did not added to wallet but deducted from lime wallet. So same time sent mail to both lime and udio about the amount deducted, but udio said they don’t have my money and i have to approach the lime wallet for refund.
Lime said if transaction was failed i will get refund in 15 days, but still it was not refunded. I contacted them again they said the transaction is successful and asked if it is failed they want proof from merchant that money not received by them, so i emailed them the copy of email sent by udio to lime.
So after that day lime said its under process and now its more then 30 days, i also approached nodal officer today they mailed me the refund request is rejected as the merchant is saying i have used the funds.
So friends now what can i do, please help. I want to file a consumer complaint tell me how to do it.
