NEFT credited with delay

I did a scheduled NEFT transaction from andhra bank to a axis bank account.
This is not first time . Earlier also I transferred funds between these two accounts.
It never failed.
Its been 2 days but the amount is not yet credited in axis.
It shows as success in andhra bank account.
Though I am contacting andhra bank , I am not sure if they will resolve.
Where should I complain if issue is not resolved

Actually I had sent money to ICICI but was checking on axis.
However in the whole fiasco I noticed that there is no way to contact axis bank through email for such grievance.
From the email I got from Andhra bank there is a neft cell for such grievance. Even ICICI has one

Use customer support by email and club both bank customer care email and send your concern so that both banks will take actions and can se what is the response of other bank was on this matter… This will resolve your concern soon
