new form of soliciting?? way for a crime?

got this missed call text today.. it appears as if it’s a msg from the service provider and we usually call back.
also got a missed call with just two rings just now.. true caller shows it as Chanderkala from Punjab. funny to see a tag of police in true caller for this number

I normally never call back unknown number. If the person needs to contact me, he would call back again.
