My 800 .- got converted to a coupon code ? Is the code applicable for singe transaction ?

Worst site behaviour ever seen…Desidime please dont stop posts regarding Paytm..Never ever encourage such stupid sites.

I has been a worst year with paytm and their offers:-{

Their app sucks big time its 10min of frustration recharging on it and now this
Even though the move is good but existing cash should be carried over

Yup were credited somewhere around 30th dec

These days their customer care is worst..got a reply to my complaint after 10 days and that too a standardized reply which didn’t address my concern. Buggers took away my 100 bucks which were not credited to paytm cash neither refunded back into my account.

can someone confirm if we can use that coupon for multiple recharge with smaller denomination

They will make your paytm cash wallet inactive if not used in 6 months…after that you have to mail them to make it active again

better they should give proper information of converting all balance to the code.

they must have failed to qualify for old wallet balance guidelines and hence forced to change cash equivalent balance to coupons.

Nonsense Paytm…

Not sending any coupons but deducting money for the same!

You can use the paytm cash as it was before. Only difference is the way it appear in the form of promotional code.

You can also use your pay cash for smaller denominations.

Now even the promocodes are all gone. Luckily, I had only 10+6+6 in three different accounts. But paytm is surely spoiling its own reputation because of this.

Edit: Promocode gets applied automatically when we proceed with a recharge even though it does not show up in paytm cash.

It’s becoming the worst of all online recharge sites.

The CC even didn’t bother to answer my simple e-mail of 1st Jan!!!
