I’ve returned a t-shirt worth 1200 to NNNOW that I paid through Paytm. Due to KYC issues on Paytm my refund has delayed. I’ve completed my KYC last week and messaging and emailing NNOW but nobody responds. When I’m trying to order a new shirt I realized they blocked my account since I can’t place any orders. Order status still shows “Refund Processing.”

It’s not that the product I’ve returned was in bad condition. I made sure everything is intact. Even on status it shows Return Successful.

Even on Facebook, they’re ignoring my messages. They have the wrong contact number who is no longer working for NNNOW. What to do?

Man if you are ready to invest time and money then file a case in consumer court otherwise keep emailing and tagging them on social media, apart from that you cant do anything else. Its our fault to order from any tom, dick and harry store.
Note: If you paid via card (credit/debit) then why cant paytm process refund in same payment mode.

Not sure where it went wrong but I have returned a few products on NNNOW and never had issues with refund. It isn’t as quick as it is on Myntra or Amazon or Flipkart but they make sure it’s done in general.

May be because of the KYC issue and subsequent delay due to it it they lost track of the refund issue. Try calling their customer care, they are generally helpful and responsive. Also twitter if they have a twitter based help system.

I had returned products to nnow too but I have received the refund .It generally takes around 15-20 days .You just have to wait .if you didn’t receive yet then call customer care

Just curse them on facebook posts, tweets, instagram etc. Every post u just post about ur query u will get refund fast it works for most of living companies.

I returned a sweatshirt recently & the refund was credited back to my acc in 7-8 days.

I never had problem with them either previously. The refund was stuck because of KYC and their staff can’t figure out where exactly it went wrong and eventually got on the wrong foot and blocked my account. They don’t have phone number. Only way to communicate is through email and social media. It looks like they blocked me on those platforms too since I’m not receiving any response from last two weeks. I’ve already sent tens of emails.

It depends. Sometimes they completely ignore us. They act on their own. Once refund gets stuck. They won’t even give ears for a second or unwilling to help you further.
