Dnt save your card on PayPal.
Visit your international merchant website, select paypal option, login your paypal account. now enter your RuPay-Discover card details and pay.
by the way, which bank card and merchant you are trying to pay ? if merchant accept recurring payment then RuPay card currently not supported recurring payment.
Also try to pay directly on merchant website if Discover/Diners club card accepted.

Bhai! Pl help. I have Rupay Platinum with Ecom international active. Also, Paypal adds my card clearly. But, when I make payment through Paypal it asks for me to add a new card.
Pl help. I need to open my ecom store and I need to pay fee ASAP. I already talk with Bank and Bank say no issue with your card and account, also I talk with Paypal they say Ruapy card create this type of issue you talk with the bank or change your card.
