  You can’t cancel a ticket if you have applied any offer code, payback or any other loyalty points.
• On cancellation of ticket, the Internet handling charges, BookASmile amount and payment gateway charges(if applicable) will not be refunded.
• The cancellation can only be done up to 1 hour before the show time.
• On cancellation of ticket, 30% of base ticket price will be deducted as cancellation fee and remaining will be refunded to you
• If you opt for myWallet for refund source, refund will be process within 4 hrs. You can use this amount to book another ticket on Bookmyshow immediately.
• If you opt for refund on other payment source – Credit card/Debit card or Net banking, it may take upto 7-10 days to be credited on your account.
• Bookmyshow reserves the right to discontinue this feature at any time.
• Split ticket users will not be eligible for cancellation.
