oxigen ate my payback points

This is depleting greenhouse effect. I stopped using it after Freecharge Go stopped working on it.

BTW call them, they will credit. If not then write a mail to Payback.

Payback not helping? I did on Mobikwik and it failed, so I called Payback instead of Mobikwik, so they reverted in 2-3 days

Raise ticket at both ends. This will help matching entries at both ends faster and thus your refund will be processed quicker.

best way to burn payback points is at physical stores during special offers. Payback points have an expiry of 3 years. So you can accumulate for a while.
