Paisapay did not give a confirmation

Does anyone know the reason?

Lately the payment gateway (Bill Desk)is acting up. I had two transaction that debited money from my account but were not successful at Bill Desk. Contact eBay CC and verify whether the money is credited to them.

Thanks, they told in the mail that they will be contacting me. Or should I contact the cc?

don’t worry they will confirm in 24 hours. I had also purchased laptop last week and I got the confirmation next day
