This is my first ever dispute with PayPal please help me
I’ll try to explain in short
Posted request on bitcointalk for 0.1 usd, member with trusted profile replied me. We had text on whatsapp and agreed for 40usd 0.05 btc. I asked him to send invoice but he said he can’t so send me directly without note and address . Then I trusted on his profile and sent the money. Boom then he stopped replying. Then I mailed him, he read but no replies. I went to his threads and saw that many people were saying that this account is been hacked and not to trade with him and many people loss their money. Damn I was like This happened to me ://
I went to PayPal and opened the dispute saying that sellers not sending Bitcoins. I was so tensed that I can’t even type.
Later he asked me to cancel the chargeback and then he will send Bitcoins.
I called him to his number but don’t know what language he was speaking.
Then morning I saw an email from PayPal, saying that seller has requested PayPal to escalate the issue. He replied to my PayPal message on PayPal that we had a trade for website and he have completed his work. And never sold any bitcoin.
Now PayPal dispute status is “waiting for seller’s response” time given is till 7th Dec.
Now how do I proceed with this.
Any help is appreciated.

Arrey don’t worry I have reversed the fund of 20K from hdfc in an dispute with international merchant and at that time I was only 18th with no knowledge and I was dealing with those giants who run the campaign earn 20k per day.
You just need to keep all the details handy and deal with this maturely. Don’t even do a delay for a single day in replying back. Give them as much proofs as you can like forum messages with links etc. I am sure you are gonna win it. Be patients and don’t hurry on things.

@cuptaan what gave you the courage to engage in such deals? What do you need bitcoin for?
OP have some plans 
to consume it on international websites or to do some underground trading, As there is no valid firm in india that accepts btc
