yes now they started cheats…. sue them. will give a mail format later. that will definitely help you.

hmm okz waiting… and few days before infact there was a problem from their site.. they themself placed a note on their site thers sum problem transacting from sum bank……………..

OHH REALLY… THEN WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY…

YESTERDAY I MADE A PURCHASE BUT TRANSACTION FAILED BUT THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I MAILED THEM THEY REPLAYED ME TO WAIT FOR 21 DAYS TO GET THE REFUND…

BY SEEING THIS COMMENTS IM GETTING CONFUSE…:roll:

On 20th feb I transfered amount of 200rs x 2 = 400rs in my paytm cash.. The amount was debited from my bank account but psytm cash was not added.
I mailed to their customer care abt it.. they didnt replied my query.. then i followed them on Facebook..
There a guy from from paytm named Abbas replied to my query and apologized to me and told me that he has processed my refund request just now..
After 5 days i mailed them again that i didnt got payment from them till now.. he told me to wait for 21days..
after 25 days.. i mailed that i didnt got refund yet.. he told me to give my bank acccount statement to recheck.. i forwarded my bank statement to him instantly.
after this i got reply from him that contact ur bank we have forwarded ur account already.. wen i asked them to show me proof that u refunded my amount.. paytm c.care didnt replied.. i kept complaining on their fanbook fanpage.. they kept deleting my comment…
and now today again wen i asked again to them abt my refund on facebook they deleted my comment and blocked me..
So beware even site like PAYTM can cheat you..
Definately i wont cry for 400rs but i will try to spoil their facebook fanpage

Did you loot them anytime before ? i hope this is not the revenge.

zubi paytm is one of the best e-commerce site in india and their customer service is topnotch

i also had faced this type of problem once , my problem was i deposited some cash in my paytm account but it was not credited , i contacted cc on this but they didn’t knw what happend to my account so they avoided my mails, but after waiting for 1month i wrote mail with strong words to their care , within end of day i got call from one of their floor managers he apologized for whole mess and he manually credited paytm cash to my account , he was like
“sir please tell me how much paytm cash you need ", i feel my case was one of tech pro’s ,their system failed to transfer my hard cash as paytm cash.. after that i never faced any problem with them .

i am one of million paytm happy customers .

In my cases, I didn’t get the cashback amount in some orders (while they offers cashback)…..All of the issues solved within 1-2 hours

brother even i know paytm is one of the best website.. even me didnt faced any problem before.. but ignoring customers like dis,, deleting comment, blocking.. dats not a gud sign.. 400is not a much big amount but atleast they shouldnt lie to their customer…

Holds true for every company in India.
I saw the reality of Flipkart (so called best) when faced a problem. Haven’t shopped many products from them that I had planned.

Paytm kaand was one of the best loot till date..:lol:

for failed transactions, they always debited it as paytm cash in my paytm account..
never had a problem with them…
