Hello Guys i am sharing my worst experience on Paytm with you.. 
On 20th feb I transfered amount of 200rs x 2 = 400rs in my paytm cash.. The amount was debited from my bank account but psytm cash was not added.
I mailed to their customer care abt it.. they didnt replied my query.. then i followed them on Facebook..
There a guy from from paytm named Abbas replied to my query and apologized to me and told me that he has processed my refund request just now..
After 5 days i mailed them again that i didnt got payment from them till now.. he told me to wait for 21days..
after 25 days.. i mailed that i didnt got refund yet.. he told me to give my bank acccount statement to recheck.. i forwarded my bank statement to him instantly.
after this i got reply from him that contact ur bank we have forwarded ur account already.. wen i asked them to show me proof that u refunded my amount.. paytm c.care didnt replied.. i kept complaining on their fanbook fanpage.. they kept deleting my comment…
and now today again wen i asked again to them abt my refund on facebook they deleted my comment and blocked me..
So beware even site like PAYTM can cheat you..
Definately i wont cry for 400rs but i will try to spoil their facebook fanpage

same here bro . i too didnt received 1 re refund already filed a case against them 
ese hazaro logo k 1-1 rs loot liye hoge ! kaun jaanta he ! even they ate mine rs 100 ! but uske kuch din baad unka 2000 pe 2500 mil gya mujhe ! mene apne saare bills bhar diye ! isliye mujhe jyada afsos nahi hua ! warna by god ! inki mein jaan le leta paisavasoooli k liye

In my cases, I didn’t get the cashback amount in some orders (while they offers cashback)…..All of the issues solved within 1-2 hours
they havent debited my cash back yet…:P
even after writing so many times..at last CC said
“such things wont happen again”…nothing else…no cashback
i dont mind about a few Rs of cashback…but a promise has to be kept
they had promised on first day when i contacted abt my cashback..
anyways paytm is better than others atleast…
must say mobikwik is worst…have had a very bad experience with them
I’ve had a horrible experience with Paytm, not once, not twice but multiple times. Unfortunately, I deposited 1000 Rs in the account for convenience. Each of my recharge gave me way lesser talktime than what was available on the Mobile network’s site or in-store. I can understand that once or twice there could be a difference in offers, but each time they screw you over by about 10%-20%. Ultimately, I ended up spending that paytm money on DTH recharge. I ain’t never going back to slimy paytm ever again. Their customer service has a standard reply template “We’re sorry..blah blah” – which translates to “We have your money, you may proceed to board the bus to hell”
gaved my bank statement again for 7th time..
guys is it safe to send them bank statement????
