Paytm session time out problem

From yesterday whenever I try to pay any merchant by scanning qr code or by manually entering the Paytm verified number, I automatically sign out from the Paytm app, and a message pop up on screen showing session time out. I uninstall the app, delete all catche file and install the latest version of app from store but still facing same problem, this happen with the different mobile device also. Try contacting cc but still after 48 hr don’t get any response from them. Anyone who faced the similar problem like me and it will resolved by any means can free to share his experience in comment.

Same problem is there when we recharge and are there for 2 min like we are logged out.
Dumb cc no response.
I have faced similar kind of issue and got fixed by hiding root access of paytm!
