Phone pe cashback issue

For all my recent transactions on phone pe I am not getting cashback credited but instead I get a message stating that cashback will be added on first day of next month since wallet limit has reached. In fact my wallet limit had not reached yet. Customer care is not responding properly. has anyone gaced this issue? any solution ?
