Can someone please suggest me a good printer within 10000??
I dont know much about them so help of any sort will be highly appreciated

First visit two or three shops, Check Brand, Models, Types etc!
Do small survey online about prices and ask us

If the purpose is just to get Black and White prints with maximum output and clarity, then choose either
HP 1020 Plus or Canon Lasershot 2900B
These two printers have 12A cartridges which needs refilling after approx 2000 Pages.
If you wish to have a scanner as well, then choose HP M1005
