Pls Help--ebay payment with payumoney wallet giving error even though wallet balance is Rs700+

My wallet balance is Rs713 but it shows as Zero on payment page when I try to purchase an item worth Rs444 on ebay.in
I login to payumoney site directly there I could see my wallet balance as Rs713. This Rs713 Ioaded through debit card last month. Since then I could not pay, thought it as technical glitch, but even after many weeks same issue.
